I’ve noticed that when a new client comes in to the shop to have their first brow work done, they are nervous and not sure what to expect. I’ve noticed that from the first photo that I take of them, prior to treatment, rarely does anyone have a smile. I try my very best to make sure each client is understanding of the process before we even start. We go over the steps that I will take, the numbing process, choosing color, choosing shape, etc. By this point, I can see a shift in a clients demeanor. A much more relaxed and trusting demeanor.

By the time the treatment is done, the drastic change in a persons smile and happiness is like meeting a different person! My clients feel beautiful. My clients feel youthful again. Brows have a way of knocking 10 years or more off a persons appearance!
